2026 Field Age Groups (Year of Birth):
U7 = 2020 & 2021
U9 = 2018 & 2019
U11 = 2016 & 2017
U13 = 2014 & 2015
U15 = 2012 & 2013
U18 = 2009, 2010 & 2011
Practices & Games
Practices are held on Tuesday or Wednesday evenings and Saturday Mornings. Game days will be on most Sundays (excluding holidays) at one location for the day at either Kelowna, Penticton, Kamloops, North Okanagan or Shusawp. All Practices are held on M15 Turf Field at the City of Kelowna’s Mission Sports Fields in behind the MNP Place off of Gordon Drive. Games in Kelowna are held at the Parkinson Rec Centre fields.
The Kelowna Minor Lacrosse Association offers programs for U7 through U17 Box LAX (Co-ed & Female Only), U7 through U18 Field LAX, and U7 through U18 (U19) Women's Field LAX.
U22 Box LAX falls under the Thompson Okanagan Junior Lacrosse League. For more information on the U22 Junior Program please visit the Kelowna Junior Kodiaks Lacrosse Club website.
