Effective immediately, feel free to print and fill out 4 copies of the attached registration form, and mail it along with payment to: Kelowna Minor Lacrosse Association

- -Separate forms and cheques must be written for each player.
- -Cheques should be made payable to KMLA.

Please note:
- Per BCLA requirements, new players must provide a photocopy of their birth certificate (or copy of certificate of baptism, valid passport or certificate of Indian Status).
- Bring player's Care Card to record card number on registration form.
- Early registration (and early registration pricing) ends March 4 2010.
- Registration for PeeWee and up ends March 17.
- Registration for Novice ends March 26.
- KMLA will not accept any late registrations for the 2010 box season. Registrations not post-marked by these dates will be returned.
- Zone seeding tournament (PeeWee+) tentatively planned for April 10.
An additional $40 late registration fee will apply to registrations received after March 4th.
Divisions (age groups) and cost
The following price structure will be used for the 2010 season:
- Mini-Tyke (6 and under): no contact 3-on-3 game | $75
- Tyke (ages 7-8): no contact game | $120
- Novice (ages 9-10[1]) | $140
- PeeWee (ages 11-12) | $165
- Bantam (ages 13-14) | $165
- Midget (ages 15-16) | $165
- Junior (ages 17-21) | n/a
[1] Players turning 11 anytime between January 1 and December 31 are classified as PeeWee. This "birth year rule" applies to all divisions.
