Box Lacrosse Registration

2012 Box lacrosse registration is now OPEN! Details below. Please note that the box lacrossse season (play downs and Provincials) runs through to the end of July. Note: with the return to house/select lacrosse in 2012, additional fees will apply to players trying out for rep/select team play. Players interested in committing to rep/select lacrosse will be charged a tryout fee (forms will be available during in-person registration dates and on-line: stay tuned). Players successful in making a KMLA rep/select team will be charged an additional surcharge. (Pricing details TBD). *Players that are selected for rep/select teams are required by Thompson Okanagan Minor Box Lacrosse Commission to participate fully on both their house and rep/select team. No exceptions.

Early Registration:
January 4 - February 29^[1]

Mini-Tyke (born 07/06) and Tyke (05/04) (ages 5 - 8) | $125
Novice (ages 9-10; born 03/02) | $175
PeeWee (ages 11-12; born 01/00) | $200
Bantam (ages 13-14; born 99/98) | $225
Midget (ages 15-16; born 97/96) | $225

Normal Registration:
March 1 - March 13^[1]

Mini-Tyke (born 07/06) and Tyke (born 05/04) | $150
Novice (born 03/02) | $200
PeeWee (born 01/00) | $225
Bantam (born 99/98) | $250
Midget (born 97/96) | $250

Extended registration for Mini-Tyke and Tyke:
March 14 - March 31^[1]

Mini-Tyke (born 07/06) and Tyke (born 05/04) | $150

^[1]Families registering 3 or more players receive $50 off the total registration cost. Also, if desired, registration payments can be made in 3 installments (post-dated cheques) with the final payment due April 7 2012.

What to bring:

Per BCLA requirements, new players must provide a photocopy of their birth certificate (or copy of certificate of baptism, valid passport or certificate of Indian Status).
Bring player's Care Card to record card number on registration form.
Early registration (and early registration pricing) ends February 29 2012.
Registration (and normal registration pricing) for Novice, PeeWee, Bantam and Midget ends March 13 2012.
Extended last chance registration for Mini-Tyke and Tyke ends March 31 2012.

Refund policy

KMLA will refund full house registration fees for players that withdraw before April 21 2011.
KMLA will refund 50% of house registration fees for players that withdraw April 22 - May 1 2011.
Regardless of reason, no house refunds will be issued after May 1 2011.
Rep/Select team surcharge: no refunds will be issued for selected (and notified) rep team players who subsequently withdraw, regardless of date of notification or reason.
