All try-outs take place at Capital News Centre indoor turf field.

IMPORTANT NOTES
ALL PLAYERS MUST HAVE FULL BOX LACROSSE GEAR. IF THEY SHOW UP WITH ONLY FIELD GEAR, THEY WILL BE SENT OFF THE FLOOR. (Questions about what gear is required, send a message and we will get you a list)
Please make sure your player has a water bottle! They will need it — the bigger the better!
