All evaluation sessions are at CNC indoor turf fields.

No players are allowed to attend any of the evaluation or team leveling dates if they are not registered prior to their divisions session. No exceptions.

Players are required to wear full gear for all sessions, and MUST bring a water bottle. Please arrive at least 15-20 minutes prior to your time slot as all players will need to sign in and pick up their pinnie.

Once all evaluations and team leveling floor times are finished the teams will be solidified over Spring Break. Practice times will then be assigned and once the master game schedule comes out it will be time to play. The first games of the season will start on the April 6th weekend. Sometime during Spring Break you will be contacted by your team’s head coach or manager to give you your teams specific dates and times.

If you are interested in learning the game of lacrosse our next learn to play is on February 20, 2019 at Capital News Centre (4105 Gordon Dr, Kelowna, BC V1W 4Z1). It goes from 6:15 PM to 7:45 PM, registration starts at 5:45 PM.
Bring a stick, helmet, gloves, cleats or runners, and a water bottle. Hockey equipment is fine. If you need to borrow a stick (or helmet) we will have some of those there.

If you played before, feel free to come on out and bring a friend or two.

If a KMLA player brings someone along, their name will go into a draw for some KMLA swag.

Hope to see you out there!
